Everything you would expect from the Hilton brand, the service from every single member of staff was very friendly, warm, polite and professional. Our room was massive with a beautiful large balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely hot water with great water pressure and the biggest shower I have ever seen. With lovely smelling toiletries. Was a shame that I couldn't smoke on the balcony though, you have to go to the designated smoking area at the back of the hotel near to the pool. WIFI is good but not very good around the pool area. There are enough sun beds for everyone, reserving them early is really not necessary. The pools are beautiful and the gardens are really pretty at night and maintained well. I do think that an extra smoking area near to the beach would be nice, as its quite a walk up to the hotel back entrance, this area is also very windy and in complete shade. A bin is also needed for the guests to put their empty cigarette packets into, as the table looked messy on occasions. We opted for the half board package. Breakfast was amazing so much choice, everything was hot good quality and extremely tasty. We ate at Chay Had restaurant twice, both meals were excellent, you do have a smaller menu for half board option, but there is plenty to chose from, we also ate in the pub restaurant, on the front by the strip, we opted for good old fashioned fish and chips, as we were in need of some European food and it surely did not disappoint. The roof top bar is awesome, with some amazing views over Hua Hin. We found the hotel to be in a nice central location for us, we had a hire car, and was able to get around easily. As well as walk to nearby points of interest restaurants and bars. We opted for the Hilton as one of our last hotels of the holiday, to have some luxury and pampering. We was not disappointed, we received both and it was a lovely hotel to have some R&R.

This was a really wonderful hotel We booked an Executive Room with ocean view and the room was spacious and the view amazing. We were given a room on the 16th Floor! The staff in this hotel were really wonderful. On our last day, the breakfast team gave us a card that had personal messages added by the team. This was such a nice touch! Likewise, the staff in the Executive Lounge were great - they remembered orders for return visitors and it was a lovely way to end the day. This was a lovely side trip after a busy time in Europe and I really enjoyed the pool and the warm weather. Location is also fab. Easy Walk to the Night Market with the wonderful local seafood restaurants at night!

There are three things I look for in a hotel for a seaside get-away: great breakfast, comfy bed, nice balcony. The Hilton in Hua Hin had it all, plus truly wonderful staff. I had a nasty reaction to a bug bite, and the staff sent me a note and left a voicemail to make sure I was OK. The breakfast was spectacular with so many options, western and Asian. Our room was huge with a fabulous bed. No problems with noise, even though we were there during the Songkran festival. The balcony offered a lovely view of the pool and sea beyond, AND ... understand how rare this is in Thailand ... it had comfortable furniture! I loved hanging out there with a book and a cup of tea in the morning.

We live in Thailand and come down to Hua Hin to visit Family. Hilton provided my wife and myself an upgraded room as Hilton Members. We come here regularly, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Hotel is excellent, they are modernizing some of the rooms as needed. Large outside swimming pools, slide for kids, and beach are exceptional. Hotel is very well maintained. The prices are very reasonable for this quality hotel. We like to get the Executive rooms looking out to sea on the top floors which are a little more expensive but very reasonable comparing similar prices at 5 Star hotels. We will continue to come here on future visits to Hua Hin.

Our room was perfect and we especially enjoyed the large lanai area. Within the room, we had plenty of space to "spread out." The fishermen in the area, at this particular time of year, sit in the harbor all night long and shine blue lights (it's a beautiful sight). The location of the property is surrounded by many restaurants, shopping, and great massage parlors. The staff were incredibly nice. We enjoyed the books that were available at the stand near the pool where towels are picked up. We also enjoyed the lounge on the Mezzanine level, particularly in the early evening hours, and the staff who work there are all wonderful.
